Life and Death

I had a random idea for a pic a few days ago (possibly a tattoo) and here's how it turned out. (Since I'm not a tattooist, I'm not sure how much detail is too much for a tattoo. Any opinions on how to make my design/s more tattoo friendly would be greatly appreciated)
overall I'm quite happy with it. I'll colour it soon.
